The work includes:

• Individual consultation by phone
• Remote technical support for minor system malfunctions, programs, computer equipment and office equipment;
• Printer Setup, scanners, MFP, solving software malfunctions with office equipment
• Installation, program setup
• Emergency repairs if necessary;
